If Dead Island 2 co-op isn’t working for you, and you’re getting the failed to join the session error 0x1410, there are a few things that could be causing it:
- The servers are down
- Your internet is offline

If the servers are down, the game can’t create a multiplayer session, and matchmaking will fail. This can cause a myriad of issues, including the game thinking it’s not connected to the internet.
