It would be perhaps the most consequential change to Nevada's election laws in decades. Supporters say it would bring thousands of voters back into the fold and could help cure the ills of our two-party system.

Opponents fear it'll lead to disenfranchisement and confusion. If you're not familiar, Question 3 in Nevada would put open primaries and ranked choice voting into the state's constitution if passed.
